Trio Plum Cookery Class
April--- the prime season for Ume plums.
This cooking class uses locally sourced, organically preserved plum sauce as the theme. Join us to create three delicious "Plum Dishes", including plum cold noodle sauce, chilled tofu with plum sauce and a special plum beverage.
With the essence of a year's time in the plum sauce, combined with various ingredients and fresh herbs, we will make delicious and appetizing "Plum Dishes" using simple ingredients.
This cookery class is suitable for vegetarians and will be taught in Cantonese.
*Each participant will get plum cold noodle sauce and chilled tofu with plum sauce back home, please bring your own food container.
