Experience Ume Plum Residential Camp

The plum season has arrived! Participants will have the opportunity to harvest organic ume plums and fresh farm produce on the terraces of Kadoorie Farm, stay overnight at the Green Hub – the Old Tai Po Police Station, a listed heritage monument – where you’ll cook dinner together and make pickled plums with shiso to take home. Experience the joy of connecting with nature, through this special journey from harvesting plum and seasonal fram produce to making different pickles! Each participant will receive a bottle of 300 grams of organic ume plums. You are cordially invited to join us in this seasonal event.
