Vegan Quiche Cookery Class
Quiche is a traditional homey French cuisine that is very popular in Europe as brunch or lunch dish. The crispy savoury crust base can be filled with rich and varied fillings.
In this cooking class, the instructor will use locally grown organic vegetables and encourage participants to pick fresh herbs to create a light and delectable vegan delicacy which is free of dairy products. The cookery class is perfect for anyone who loves cooking and wants to avoid dairy or follow a vegan lifestyle.
Each participant can make a 7.5-inch vegan quiche to take home. Please bring your own large container.
*The fillings will be based on vegetables provided by local organic farmers.
The cookery class is taught in Cantonese.
