Junior Eat Well Explorers

Join us for an unforgettable summer adventure at Green Hub!

Food can be delicious, healthy, and meaningful.

Movement can be joyful, lively, and creative.

The three-day programme will take children on a creative journey within Green Hub with diverse themes such as food, ecology, and body movement!

Children will learn about ingredients, develop the ability to make food, and experience the importance of healthy eating for themselves and the environment. Moreover, it activates children's curiosity and guides them to use their five senses to explore the interactive connection between food, body and nature. Finally, children will participate in art creation together.

What Makes Our Program Unique?

  • Engage All Senses: Children will explore the wonders of food, ecology, and movement using their five senses, enhancing their creativity and observational skills.
  • Learn to Cook: Develop culinary skills and a healthier relationship with food, learning to prepare nutritious meals that benefit both individuals and the planet.
  • Build Independence and Teamwork: Through hands-on activities, children will develop qualities like independence, problem-solving, and teamwork.
  • Explore Nature's Gifts: Dive into the fascinating world of renewable energy, vegan cooking, and the beauty of art inspired by nature.
  • Embrace Sustainable Living: Experience the feasibility of a sustainable living lifestyle and cultivate an environmentally friendly attitude.
