Vegan Sesame Cookies with Tofu dessert Cookery Class
This workshop demonstrates how to use vegan and gluten-free ingredients to make sesame cookies, mini vegan cheese tarts and tofu yoghurt.
Participants will learn the cooking skills of replacing animal-based protein with vegan materials through simple and creative cooking methods. They will also enjoy their products while collectively sharing how to maintain a healthy, low-carbon lifestyle.
This workshop is suitable for those who are allergic to dairy products.
Each participant will make six sesame cookies and three mini vegan cheese tarts; please bring your own food container.
The cookery class is taught in Cantonese.
