Discover the Delights of Vegan Pumpkin Cheesecake this Autumn Harvest Season.
This cooking class uses locally grown organic pumpkins and gluten-free ingredients to prepare a vegan pumpkin cheesecake with coconut flavor and rich texture, which are especially suitable for those who are allergic to dairy and gluten products.
Participant will learn the cooking skills of replacing animal-based protein with vegan materials through simple and creative cooking methods.
Each participant can make a 6-inch-diameter vegan pumpkin cheesecake to take home to embrace a sustainable, delicious, and festive lifestyle with family and friends.
This cake must be refrigerated at home, please bring your own food container.
The vegan pumpkin cheesecake includes cashew and coconut ingredients.
The cookery class is taught in Cantonese.
