Christmas is just around the corner. How can we miss the "Christmas Gingerbread Cookies Cookery Class" specially planned for parents and children?
This cooking class uses local organic ginger and local organic roselle as the theme, adding organic gingerbread spice powder recipes to make "Christmas Gingerbread Cookies" and "Vegan Cheese Tarts". This cooking class teaches you how to make gingerbread cookies, tart bases, vegan cheese and roselle jam using gluten-free and vegan ingredients, especially suitable for those who are sensitive to eggs, milk and gluten.
The gingerbread cookies, full of Christmas aroma, are sweet and crispy, and the unique and novel vegan cheese tarts with sweet and sour roselle sauce will definitely be a favorite dessert for both adults and children.
Each parent-child pair can make 10 "Christmas Gingerbread Cookies" and 6 mini "Vegan Cheese Tarts" to take home and share with family and friends to celebrate the holidays with a healthy and low-carbon taste.
