Vegan Cocoa Muffins Cookery Class
This workshop demonstrates how to use vegan and gluten-free ingredients to make cocoa muffins.
Participants will learn how to replace animal-based protein with vegan materials through simple and creative cooking methods. They will also discover how to maintain a healthy, low-carbon lifestyle, and can share their experiences with the rest of the class.
This workshop is suitable for those who are allergic to dairy products.
Each participant will make six mini cocoa muffins; please bring your own food container so you can take them home.
The cookery class is taught in Cantonese.
