Vegan Cookery Class: Aloe Vera Cashew Mousse Tart (No-bake)
Using locally grown organic aloe vera, this tart has a refreshing combination of a sweet-but-not-too-sweet cookie like raw tart crust with tangy cashew cream filling.
During the cookery class, participants will learn the techniques and applications of raw tart crust and vegan cashew mousse filling. This aloe vera mousse tart is made with vegan and flourless recipe which is suitable for those who are allergic to dairy products.
Each participant will take home a 6-inch aloe vera cashew mousse tart. Please bring your own food container and cooler bag with ice pack.
The cookery class will be taught in Cantonese.
