Discover the Delights of Vegan Cheesecake this Summer.
As the summer sun blazes, a slice of vegan cheesecake paired with a refreshing glass of cold-brewed tea offers an unbeatable afternoon delight.
This cooking class uses gluten-free ingredients to prepare a vegan cheesecake with light and rich texture, which are especially suitable for those who are allergic to dairy and gluten products.
Participant will learn the cooking skills of replacing animal-based protein with vegan materials through simple and creative cooking methods, as well as learn about the selection and combination of different ingredients.
Each participant can make a 6-inch-diameter vegan cheesecake to take home to embrace a sustainable and delicious with family and friends.
This cake must be refrigerated at home, please bring your own food container.
The cookery class is taught in Cantonese.
